Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Policy

All Clients are required to keep a current credit card on file

Late/ No Show Policy

Please call the Spa 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule 

Please note a No Show or Missed Appointment will be charge a $50.00 fee

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please contact the Spa as soon as possible at Call (401) 240-0186   

 

After the 15 minute gracious period ends, you will need to speak to a Spa staff member to assess if your appointment conflicts with other scheduled visits.

 

We aim to make everyone’s experience at Spa 5 a memorable one let’s be courteous of others. 

 

If you miss your appointment, forget your appointment, do not wish to come to your appointment, ignore your text alerts and email, or do not answer our call about your appointment, this is considered a no show.
